SHIPPING POLICY

DUE TO COVID-19, TRANSIT TIMES DISPLAYED AT CHECKOUT ARE ONLY APPROXIMATE, SHIPPING DELAYS ARE TO BE EXPECTED AND DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

At Just Glow, there are two parts to every order. 

* PROCESSING TIME: We verify your order and then all orders are sent to our warehouse(s) for shipment within 48 hours of ordering. Our warehouse(s) then processes your order, which can take up to 5 additional days.

* SHIPPING TIME: This is the time required for the items to be dispatched from our warehouse to their destination. The estimated shipping time is between 5 and 35 days from date that your item has been SHIPPED. Note this is only an estimated delivery time frame and not a guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE if you ordered more than one item you may receive your order in MULTIPLE PACKAGES. Each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse based on availability.

We will email you tracking info as soon as the order is shipped!

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from shopjustglow.com you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package. Credit provided will be charged should this occur.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and any of your ordered items are out of stock: we will ship the items in your order that are in stock and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us at info@shopjustglam.com within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims may take up to 30 days to complete.

Just Glam does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered in the estimated time frame, please make sure that your address is correctly entered. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
